Who Are the Do-Gooders?
Do-Gooders was created to assist members of our community who meet the criteria found in our mission statement but have smaller or more immediate needs. Individuals who receive aid from Do-Gooders may need help during holidays, meals during sickness, or personal belongings replaced due to fire etc. Our network will work with Do-Gooder volunteers and donors to fulfill the specific needs of those affected by unforeseen illness, accident or tragedy.
Several local mothers have come together to organize a mission trip to Honduras; Elevate Mothers. Save the World. In a developing world, when you give mothers an employment opportunity, statistics show they will spend every penny on providing for their children.
Do-gooders 2017 Holiday Gift Drive
Spread kindness by making someone's holiday WICKED awesome!
Do-Gooders, a subdivision of Wicked Good Cause, is happy to announce our 3rd Annual Holiday Gift Drive. Do-Gooders was created to assist members of our community who meet the criteria found in our mission statement, which is to provide support to local families that have been affected by unforeseen illness, accident or tragedy, but may have smaller or more immediate needs. This year we are helping two local families, five children in all, ranging in age from 1-8. Any gifts purchased online can be shipped to Julie Materna 75 Stagecoach Road Duxbury MA 02332 or there is a drop box set up at Portside Realty in Duxbury. Please note that I have added Amazon links purely out of convenience- please feel free to get your kids involved and shop elsewhere if that works for you! We ask that all *unwrapped* gifts be delivered or dropped off by December 14th. Any questions feel free to contact Julie Materna at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you so much for your support and Wicked Happy Holidays from all of us at Wicked Good Cause!
